Michael Mattise had the opportunity to serve as the moderator on a panel discussing alternative investments at the Private Wealth Mid-Atlantic Forum on September 22nd. Given the more modest return potential from balanced investment portfolio’s over the next few years both from fixed income and equities, investors are looking to private investments to help fill the gap. Representatives from Blackstone, PGIM and Jones Street Investment Partners discussed how private debt, private equity and private real estate investments can be included in a diversified portfolio, with examples of investment strategies from their various firms.
