Edd H. Hyde, CFP®, CIMA, AIFA®

Edd is founder, President and CEO of Radnor Financial Advisors, an independent fee-only financial planning firm. Edd specializes in wealth management services for high net-worth individuals and financial planning for very senior executives. Edd is also the Chairman of Radnor's Investment Policy Group (IPG), which dictates investment decisions for all client portfolios.
Edd received a BSCBA in Finance and a MA in Human Resources from the Culverhouse School of Business, University of Alabama. He has received the CFP® from the College for Financial Planning, the Certified Employee Benefit Specialist (CEBS) designation, the Certified Investment Management Analyst (CIMA) designation from IMCA through a program taught at the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania, and the Accredited Investment Fiduciary Analyst (AIFA®) designation from the Center for Fiduciary Studies, Katz Graduate School of Business, University of Pittsburgh.
Over his professional career, Edd served as a speaker to numerous national and local conventions. He served on the national institutional advisory board for Charles Schwab & Co. (NYSE) and the Institutional Advisory Panel for TD Waterhouse (NYSE). He is most proud of his association with the "Gang of 71", an informal group of independent advisors who petitioned the mutual fund industry in 1997 to make a number of changes on behalf of their clients. Edd is a shareholder in National Advisors Trust Company FSB, and previously served on their Board of Directors and served as the board's Chairman, Investment Committee.
Edd co-founded the Advisor Forum organization, which consists of 12 advisory firms nationwide. The Advisor Forum meets regularly to share ideas and influence industry policy.
Edd was named one of "The Top 250 Wealth Advisors" by Worth magazine (October/November 2008) and one of "The Top 100 Wealth Advisors" by Worth magazine (October 2007, October 2005, October 2004 and January 2004). In March 2005 Edd was a speaker at the national conference of the Foundation for Fiduciary Studies (in the segment on High Net Worth Individuals). He co-authored two articles which won the Kenneth Black Jr. award for outstanding authorship from the Foundation for Financial Service Professionals – The New Roth 401(K): An Attractive Alternative for Many but Not for All in the Journal of Financial Service Professionals (July 2006) and The Roth Conversion-A Wealth Transfer Strategy for High-Net-Worth Individuals in 2010 (November 2009).
Edd and his wife, Jean, reside in Berwyn, PA.
Michael N. Mattise, CFP®, CFS, CAIA

Michael is co-founder, Senior Vice President, Chief Investment Officer (CIO), a member of the Investment Policy Group (IPG), and a Shareholder of Radnor Financial Advisors. As a senior consultant, Michael assists in the management of clients' investment assets and handling their financial planning. As CIO, Michael is responsible for Radnor's investment manager review process and oversight of Radnor's portfolio management system. Michael joined Radnor in 1988 and has been instrumental in the firm's evolution. Prior to joining Radnor, he was a registered representative for Waddell and Reed (member NYSE).
Michael received a BS in Finance from Wilkes University and a MBA in Finance from the University of Scranton. He is a Certified Financial Planner (CFP®), a Certified Fund Specialist (CFS), and a Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst (CAIA).
Active in professional organizations, Michael is a member of the American Finance Association (AFA), the Financial Planning Association (FPA), and the Delaware County Estate Planning Council, and is a past President of the FPA’s Philadelphia Tri-State Chapter. Michael previously served on the advisory board at TIAA CREF. He also served on Vanguard's inaugural Investment Advisor Services Client Council, served as a Vice President and director on the Philadelphia Area International Association of Financial Planning (IAFP), and served on FPA’s 2003 Success Forum Task Force. Additionally, Michael has been selected as a Philadelphia Five Star Wealth Manager in 2009, 2010, and 2011.
Active in the community, Michael serves on the St. Anastasia CYO board.
Michael and his wife, Kristy, reside in Newtown Square, PA with their two sons.
Stephen N. Cheifetz, CPA, CFP®, CIMA

Stephen N. Cheifetz, CPA, CFP®, is Vice President, the Director of Tax Preparation and Accounting Services, and a Shareholder with Radnor Financial Advisors. Steve provides comprehensive specialized skills to Radnor's clients in order to effectively implement complex solutions within the financial planning. He is responsible for tax returns (Income and Fiduciary), providing tax planning, and specialized accounting services for our clients. Steve is also a member of the firm's Investment Policy Group (IPG), which dictates investment decisions for all client portfolios.
Prior to joining RFA in 1999, Steve was a financial analyst with Comcast and American Infrastructure. He completed his experience requirement for the CPA designation with Merves and Company, PC, a local accounting firm offering a full range of accounting services primarily for small businesses in the Philadelphia suburban area. Steve is also a Certified Financial Planner (CFP®) and received the Certified Investment Management Analyst (CIMA) designation from IMCA through a program taught at the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania.
Steve received a BS in Accounting from the University of Pittsburgh and an MBA degree from Temple University. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), Pennsylvania Institute of Certified Public Accountants (PICPA), and the Financial Planning Association.
Steve and his wife, Meredith, reside in Ambler, PA with their son and two daughters.
Carl M. Rosenfeld, CPA, PFS, CFP®, MST

Carl is a Vice President, the Chief Technology Officer (CTO), and a shareholder with Radnor Financial Advisors. As a financial consultant, Carl assists in the management of clients' investment assets and handling their financial planning. As CTO, he is involved in several information technology initiatives that enhance client service. Carl is a member of Radnor’s Accounting and Tax Preparation Services Team and serves as Radnor’s Operations Officer.
Carl received his Bachelors of Business Administration with a concentration in accounting from the Goizueta School of Business of Emory University in Atlanta, GA and a Masters of Taxation degree from Widener University. Since joining Radnor, he has received the Certified Financial Planner (CFP®) designation. Carl is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and Pennsylvania Institute of Certified Public Accountants (PICPA). He is an adjunct professor of business at Temple University where he is currently teaching accounting classes. Carl serves on the Lake Naomi Club Finance Committee and is a member of the Delaware County Estate Planning Council. Additionally, Carl has been a guest speaker for the Delaware Society of CPAs, the Pennsylvania Bar Association, and a two time winner of the Kenneth Black Jr. award for outstanding authorship from the Foundation for Financial Service Professionals.
Prior to joining Radnor, Carl was Vice President of a regional financial services firm specializing in educational financial planning. Carl completed his CPA experience requirement while working for Arthur Andersen, LLP and KPMG in Philadelphia, PA and has received his Personal Financial Specialist (PFS) designation from the AICPA. Carl is active with the Conshohocken Plymouth-Whitemarsh Chapter of Rotary and the Greater Philadelphia Wealth Management Symposium.
Carl and his wife, Abbey, reside in Lafayette Hill, PA with their daughters.
Brian Jacobs, CFP®

Brian is an Investment Analyst for Radnor Financial Advisors assisting the financial consultants in financial planning and investment portfolio management within the Radnor client service team. He also assists in Radnor's investment manager selection and review process.
Brian received his Bachelors of Science in Economics with concentrations in finance and marketing from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and has received his Certified Financial Planner (CFP®) designation. Prior to joining Radnor, Brian worked for White Oaks Wealth Advisors, a financial planning and investment management firm in Minneapolis, MN. Brian performed all investment and economic research for the firm. Brian previously worked for SEI Investments in Oaks, PA serving as the Legal Manager for the company's investment advisory group.
Brian and his wife, Michal, reside in Bala Cynwyd, PA with their son.
Casey Z. Shure, CPA, CFP®

Casey joined Radnor Financial Advisors in February of 2007 and is a Financial Consultant assisting in planning and investment portfolio management within the Radnor client service team.
A 2003 graduate of Bucknell University, Casey received his BSBA in Accounting. During his professional career, Casey has earned both his CPA and CFP®.
Prior to joining Radnor, Casey worked for Vanguard in Malvern, PA, working in the company’s Internal Audit Department. He is a member of the Financial Planning Association (FPA), American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and Pennsylvania Institute of Certified Public Accountants (PICPA).
Casey and his wife, Jessica, reside in Downingtown, PA with their daughter.
Kapil Patel

Kapil joined Radnor Financial Advisors in May 2011 as Portfolio Administrator. He oversees our Advent backoffice operations.
Kapil received his Bachelors of Business Administration with concentrations in Accounting and Finance, and a minor in Management Information Systems from the Fox School of Business of Temple University. Since joining Radnor, Kapil has become Advent Axys Back-Office Certified and is currently working towards completing the requirements for the CPA designation.
Kapil resides in Bensalem, PA.

Working with the financial consultant and analysts within a team oriented organization, each individual utilizes their particular expertise to insure client satisfaction.
Veronica M. Barattucci

Veronica joined Radnor Financial Advisors in April 2006 and serves as Director, Client Services. In this function she is responsible for corporate administration and overseeing the administrative staff. In addition, she handles accounts payable and marketing.
Veronica received her Bachelors of Business Administration with concentrations in Human Resource Management and Accounting from the Fox School of Business and Management at Temple University.
Prior to joining Radnor, Veronica was Vice President of Client Services of an educational financial planning firm, in which her responsibilities included administrative management and educational aid research.
Veronica and her husband, Joseph, reside in Plymouth Meeting, PA with their son and daughter.
Tenira M. Horton

Tenira joined Radnor Financial Advisors in August 2002. She assists the Director of Client Services and the Consultants. In addition to her administrative duties, Tenira's function requires account application/transfer knowledge for multiple institution and electronic systems management.
Tenira is currently pursuing her Bachelors of Business Administration from Albright College.
Tenira and her husband, Dimitre, reside in Pottstown, PA with their two sons.
