    Michael has been with Radnor since 1988 and serves on the firm’s Board of Managers. As a senior consultant, Michael assists in the management of clients' investment assets and handling their financial planning. As CIO, Michael is responsible for Radnor's investment manager review process and oversight of Radnor's portfolio management system.

    Michael received a Bachelor’s of Science in Finance from Wilkes University and a Masters of Business Administration in Finance from the University of Scranton. He took part in the Schwab Executive Leadership Program in 2015 which focuses on effectively managing the key issues that impact an advisory firm’s success.

    Michael and his wife, Kristy, reside in Newtown Square, PA with their two sons. He serves on St. Anastasia’s School Endowment Fund Board.

  • Carl M. Rosenfeld

    Carl has been with Radnor since 2005 and serves on the firm’s Board of Managers. He advises clients on financial planning and wealth management issues and is a member of Radnor’s Tax and Accounting Services Team.

    Prior to joining Radnor, Carl was Vice President of a regional financial services firm specializing in educational financial planning. Carl completed his CPA experience requirement while working for Arthur Andersen, LLP and KPMG in Philadelphia, PA.

    Carl received his Bachelors of Business Administration with a concentration in accounting from Goizueta School of Business at Emory University and a Masters of Taxation degree from Widener University.  He is an associate editor and regular columnist for the Journal of Financial Service Professionals.

    When not serving his clients, Carl spends his time serving on the Board of Governors of the Lake Naomi Club and Radnor Valley Country Club.  He also dedicates his time to youth sports and serving his community as a member of Radnor Township's Citizens Audit Review & Financial Advisory Committee.  He enjoys spending his time sailing, playing tennis and golf, and is an active CrossFit athlete.

    Carl and his wife, Abbey, reside in Bryn Mawr, PA with their daughters.

    Stephanie has been with Radnor since 2002 and serves on the firm’s Board of Managers. She is responsible for overseeing compliance, human resources and business operations.

    Stephanie received her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in finance from Susquehanna University and her Masters of Business Administration degree with concentrations in Entrepreneurship and Management Information Systems from Drexel University.

    When not running the firm’s operations, Stephanie spends her time serving on the Board of the Good Samaritan Shelter. She enjoys photography, spending time traveling, and learning about food and wine.

    Stephanie resides in Phoenixville, PA with her husband Steve and their two dogs.

    Veronica joined Radnor in 2006. Veronica is currently one of Radnor’s key Financial Support team members as well as the Assistant to the President. Her primary focus is working with and supporting Radnor’s analysts and financial consultants. Additionally, her concentration is directed to Radnor’s administrative operations and procedures as well as the administrative management of private equity and hedge funds.

    Prior to joining Radnor, Veronica was a Vice President of Client Services of a financial services firm specializing in educational financial planning.

    She received her Bachelors of Business Administration with a concentration in Human Resources Management and Services with a minor in Accounting from Temple University’s Fox School of Business.

    While not serving Radnor’s clients and team, Veronica enjoys spending time with her family, participating in adventure runs, crafting, gardening, and organizing group and charity events.

    Veronica and her husband reside in Plymouth Meeting, PA with their two daughters.

    Haley joined Radnor in March 2017 in the position of Financial Support.   Haley is an integral part of the client service team and works closely with the consultants and analysts in assisting them with client needs.  She is also a part of the marketing team with the role of social media marketing and assists planning client events.

    Prior to joining Radnor, Haley worked as a Fund Accountant in the Private Equity Department at SEI Investments.

    Haley graduated with a Bachelor’s of Science in Accounting and Finance from Eastern University.

    Haley currently resides in Bryn Mawr, PA.

  • Bryan R. Blades

    Bryan joined Radnor in 2014 as a Senior Financial Planner. In his position he assists individuals across a comprehensive spectrum of wealth management including investment and retirement planning, tax planning, estate planning, insurance planning, cash flow analysis, and education savings.

    Prior to joining Radnor, Bryan was a manager and market risk analyst at ING Direct/Capital One. As a manager he oversaw a team of analysts responsible for reporting and hiring efforts. As a market risk analysts responsible for asset/liability management reporting, focusing on liquidity and earnings risk management for the bank along with various reporting criteria related to Dodd Frank and Basel guidelines. Prior to ING Direct, Bryan began his career at Vanguard where he worked with potential high net worth financial planning clients to educate them on Vanguard investment methodology, discuss the value of Vanguard’s financial planning services, and to serve as single point of contact in facilitating new business leads with the Vanguard financial planning department.

    Bryan received his BSBA in Business Management and a minor in Economics at Bucknell University in 2003 and his MBA with a focus in Finance at the Villanova University School of Business in 2011.

    Bryan and his wife Michele reside in Phoenixville, PA and have two daughters; Madelyn and Olivia.

    Austin joined Radnor as a Senior Financial Planner in 2017.  In his role, Austin assists clients with their financial well being through careful analysis of investment management, cash flow projections, estate and tax planning.

    Austin graduated cum laude from the University of Pennsylvania with a degree in Psychology.

    Prior to joining Radnor, Austin was a manager with myCIO Wealth Partners in Philadelphia, PA for six years. Austin managed a team of analysts, while also taking on a client facing role with a variety of clients, including high net worth individuals, families and defined contribution plans.

    Austin lives in Narberth, PA with his wife, Alicia and dog, Winnie. In his free time, Austin enjoys playing golf, tennis and reading.

  • Edd H. Hyde

    Edd specializes in wealth management services for high net worth individuals and financial planning for very senior executives. He is also member of Radnor's Investment Policy Group.

    Edd received a BSCBA in Finance and a MA in Human Resources from the Culverhouse School of Business, University of Alabama.

    Over his professional career, Edd served as a speaker to numerous national and local conventions. He served on the national institutional advisory board for Charles Schwab & Co. (NYSE) and the Institutional Advisory Panel for TD Waterhouse (NYSE). He is most proud of his association with the "Gang of 71", an informal group of independent advisors who petitioned the mutual fund industry in 1997 to make a number of changes on behalf of their clients. Edd is a shareholder in National Advisors Trust Company FSB, and previously served on their Board of Directors and served as the board's Chairman, Investment Committee.

    Edd and his wife, Jean, reside in Berwyn, PA and Vero Beach, FL.

    Brian joined Radnor in 2005 and serves as the Director of Portfolio Management. His expertise is in consulting, investment research, trading, portfolio management, and data integrity. He is also a member of Radnor’s Investment Policy Group (IPG), which directs investment decisions for all client portfolios.

    Prior to joining Radnor, Brian worked for White Oaks Wealth Advisors, a financial planning and investment management firm in Minneapolis, MN. His main responsibilities included investment and economic research for the firm. Previous to that he worked at SEI Investments in Oaks, PA serving as the Legal Manager for the company’s investment advisory group.

    Brian received his Bachelors of Science in Economics with concentrations in finance and marketing from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.

    Brian and his wife, Michal, reside in Bala Cynwyd, PA with their two sons.

    Darlene joined Radnor in 2014 and currently is in the role of Associate Planner. Darlene is an integral part of the client service team, working in conjunction with Radnor’s analysts and financial consultants to respond to client needs. She is also responsible for the organization and return processing within Radnor’s tax department.

    Previously, Darlene was a Client Support Specialist at New Penn Financial, LLC, as well as the Records Coordinator at NutrPletion Resources. Prior to that she was the Operations Administrator at Thomasville Furniture.

    She received her Bachelors of Business Administration with a concentration in accounting from Temple University’s Fox School of Business in 2015.

    Darlene and her husband reside in Horsham, PA with their two sons.

    Kapil joined Radnor in May 2011 as Portfolio Administrator. In his role he leads the Axys reporting team, provides internal IT support and tests the newest software inventions, in order maintain Radnor’s competitive edge within the industry.

    Prior to joining Radnor, Kapil provided IT support for all faculty and student members of the Fox School of Business at Temple University.

    Kapil received his Bachelors of Business Administration with concentrations in Accounting and Finance, and a minor in Management Information Systems from the Fox School of Business at Temple University.

    Kapil resides in Bensalem, PA.

    Casey has been with Radnor since 2007 and became a Partner in 2017. He is responsible for managing client relationships and directing our Financial Planning Group. Casey strives to find ways to use financial planning to solve problems and allow client’s to live more fulfilling lives. As a Financial Consultant and Director of Financial Planning he is intimately involved in planning, investment portfolio management, and tax preparation within the Radnor client service team. His main focus includes assisting corporate executives in managing their finances, in particular, stock option plans, deferred compensation plans and other unique executive benefits. Casey also concentrates on 529 college savings plans and social security planning strategies.

    Prior to joining Radnor, Casey worked for Vanguard in Malvern, PA, working in the company’s Internal Audit Department.

    Casey received his Bachelors of Science in Business Administration degree in Accounting from Bucknell University.
    Casey and his wife, Jessica, reside in Malvern, PA with their three daughters. Casey enjoys coaching his daughter’s youth soccer teams in the spring and fall.

    Prior to joining Radnor, Justin worked with KPMG, specializing in auditing, real estate valuation, and financial reporting.

    Michael joined Radnor in 2014 as a Financial Planner. He provides support to consultants in areas related to financial planning and portfolio management. Michael is also part of our tax preparation and accounting services team.

    Prior to joining Radnor, Michael worked in KPMG’s International Executive Services tax Practice, specializing in inpat and expat taxation. He has also worked in the tax department at SunGard Data Systems.

    Michael received both his Masters and Bachelors of Science in Accounting from Penn State University.

    Michael and his wife, Janelle, currently reside in Havertown, PA.
